In order to keep the increases in the flat rents as low as possible, we ask you to conserve energy whenever possible!

That is, do not leave the lights on when no one is in the room. Turn down the heating when you leave the house.

Better put something on and do not heat the heating to 25 degrees, but try to feel comfortable with 20 degrees. Please turn off the heating for airing and turn it on again after airing. When leaving the room, turn off the heating and close the windows.

Hot water also requires energy, so limit shower time to an economical level.
