Balance after five years of student residence Franklin20 in Dresden, very positive for operators and students

5 years ago we opened our dormitory in the heart of the university city of Dresden. A time that was just as exciting for us as it was for our first students. We are therefore pleased to be able to say: The Franklin20 has arrived in the student landscape of Dresden. It enjoys great popularity and offers its residents a real student home.

The immediate proximity to numerous teaching and study facilities is rated very positively by our residents. At the moment we have only a few one-room apartments available for rent for the new semesters, the two-room and three-room apartments suitable for shared flats are also enjoying great popularity.

After extensive renovation, the former office building was put into operation in 2014 as a dormitory for students and apprentices.

The proximity to the university, the central location, first-time occupancy, high-quality furnishings, high-speed Internet access, security service and commission-free rental - these are the advantages with which we were able to score. Our tenants say: "We have an overview of our costs thanks to flat-rate rentals, do not experience any surprises and have a harmonious environment". Only the GEZ fees have to be paid by the students themselves.
